Our Bundoora 1 House features 9 fully furnished rooms, licensed and registered with the Banyule City Council.

We stayed in the ThinkCozy Bundoora house for close to 9 months and we absolutely loved our time there. It was our first home in Australia. Everything is thoroughly coordinated by Andre the Property Manager and Michelle the House Coordinator. They were always responsive to our requests and made sure that every requirement was met without any fuss.

When it comes to the house, if you look from outside it will look like an old house but inside is completely renovated and is exactly as it is in the photos. We payed upfront without even inspecting the house as it is their policy and we didn't loose any sleep over it because when you speak to Andre you can clearly tell that he is a straight up guy and there's no funny business going on.

Needless to say that we recommend the place to anyone without hesitation.

ThinkCozy team is professional, dedicated and attentive . It’s been a great stay so far (1.5 years)! And I have never come across any significant problems being with them. (Minor ones are always resolved in a timely manner). There is so much included in the rent, things like security, cleaning and comfort that are very important to me.
