Just across the street is DFO Uni Hill and minutes away is Bundoora Square, a plethora of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
Hop on the M80 and you are just 15-20 minutes from Melbourne Airport, and the green lung suburbs of Greensborough, Eltham, Plenty and beyond.
Gateway to the north, and the green hills of green corridors of the Yarra Valley, this is our latest ThinkCozy location to call home.
Our Bundoora 2 House features 9 fully furnished rooms with varying options and room sizes to satisfy every need, licensed and registered with the Whittlesea City Council.

The accommodation was always clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe thanks to the smoke alarms, CCTV, smart locks and secure environment. One of the best things was how convenient everything was: all the essentials—like pans, pots, cutlery, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, and baking paper—were provided, making it easy to settle in right away.
The location was also fantastic. Shops, clinics and other essentials were within walking distance, and public transport was close by, so getting around was never a problem. If anything in the house broke down, Andre and Michelle responded quickly and arranged repairs without delay.
Communication with the ThinkCozy team was smooth and professional. They were approachable and genuinely cared about the tenants’ comfort. Plus, the friendly atmosphere made it easy to make new friends and feel at home.
ThinkCozy truly lives up to its name—cozy, convenient, and well-managed. I’m grateful for my time there and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
