Unlike other share houses I have stayed in the past, this house was different!
Everything was meticulously managed by Andre, Michelle and Leonard. Never had any qualms with any of the room mates. Never had to fight for use of the kitchen, bathroom and other amenities.
Additionally, there was street parking which was a bonus. Rent includes utilities, cleaning lady and other common consumables such as laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and so on.
But the best part of the experience was the communication with ThinkCozy. Always polite, professional and ready to cater to your needs.
