I had the pleasure of residing at their Mitcham property for 4 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the convenient location to the cleanliness and the excellent agent/owner, everything exceeded my expectations.

The location of this place was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the train station and other shops within walking distance.

Throughout my tenancy, I was consistently impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property. The management team ensured that the premises were spotless, both inside and out. It created a welcoming and comfortable living environment that I truly appreciated.

They were professional, responsive, and always ready to address any concerns or maintenance issues promptly. Their dedication to ensuring tenant satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated. My wife and I stayed 10 months at Mitcham. Our stay was amazing, any small concerns were responded to straightaway and we were informed about everything. One of the things we loved the most is the privacy, despite living in a share house. Everyone respects each other's privacy and observed the house rules. The room is pretty spacious and well equipped, with fast internet. Services provided in general are good. Andre and the ThinkCozy Team are great people and are always willing to listen and help. I totally recommend staying in one of their rooms if you are looking for privacy and stress-free home.

I stayed in ThinkCozy accomodation at Mitcham. It was a lovely experience. The room had everything required, especially the TV if you are a movie person. I was provided consumables for laundry, kitchen and toilet, which was one less thing to worry about. Fellow housemates were very respectful and clean. Andre, Michelle and the team at ThinkCozy run a fantastic operation for people seeking a clean and no fussed place to stay, whether for the short term or long term. I stayed with them at two locations - Mitcham and Doncaster - for 2.5 years in total and I can honestly say there were no complaints. Andre and Michelle keep the house well stocked and are very responsive if repairs are required or if anything needs to be fixed. I would recommend anyone considering staying with them to do so. Very straightforward, honest and fair people.
