I had the pleasure of residing at their Mitcham property for 4 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the convenient location to the cleanliness and the excellent agent/owner, everything exceeded my expectations.

The location of this place was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the train station and other shops within walking distance.

Throughout my tenancy, I was consistently impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property. The management team ensured that the premises were spotless, both inside and out. It created a welcoming and comfortable living environment that I truly appreciated.

You can be sure about the safety, cleanliness, and privacy here. Everything has been prepared in the house; private room, TV, heater, study table, etc., all you need is yourself and just move in. I have been living at thinkcozy's Mitcham house now for about 2 years and it has been the best clean and very well managed house with the best rooms and safe place that I can call home. Andre and Michelle are very nice people that are always welcome to help whenever you need.

Clean, modern rooms and amenities. Well stocked kitchen, with everything needed for cooking. Everything included in the price including bed, table, chair, tv, internet, kitchen and bathroom supplies. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed 10 months at Mitcham. Our stay was amazing, any small concerns were responded to straightaway and we were informed about everything. One of the things we loved the most is the privacy, despite living in a share house. Everyone respects each other's privacy and observed the house rules. The room is pretty spacious and well equipped, with fast internet. Services provided in general are good. Andre and the ThinkCozy Team are great people and are always willing to listen and help. I totally recommend staying in one of their rooms if you are looking for privacy and stress-free home.

I had the opportunity of staying at ThinkCozy’s property in Mitcham. It was my first visit to Melbourne and I was totally new to the country. I found the accommodation to be really good, neat and tidy. Andre and his team at ThinkCozy were very friendly, helpful and they religiously maintain the cleanliness of the property. I stayed in ThinkCozy accomodation at Mitcham. It was a lovely experience. The room had everything required, especially the TV if you are a movie person. I was provided consumables for laundry, kitchen and toilet, which was one less thing to worry about. Fellow housemates were very respectful and clean. In all, it is great place to stay and a safe environment.

Andre, Michelle and the team at ThinkCozy run a fantastic operation for people seeking a clean and no fussed place to stay, whether for the short term or long term. I stayed with them at two locations - Mitcham and Doncaster - for 2.5 years in total and I can honestly say there were no complaints. Andre and Michelle keep the house well stocked and are very responsive if repairs are required or if anything needs to be fixed. I would recommend anyone considering staying with them to do so. Very straightforward, honest and fair people.

Great stay at the thinkcozy in mitcham. Really lovely people and easy to access a room. Stayed for 3 months and it’s a really good setup. Room and house were really clean and had everything you needed. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
